The deep, garnet colour of this blend gives way to aromas of red currant, vanilla, coconut, and hibiscus flower. On the palate, our Cabernet Merlot Reserve is medium-bodied and dry, with balanced acidity and round tannins. Notes of dark plum, black currant, vanilla, coconut, and ginger round out the finish. This is a must have for Pondview Estate red wine lovers! Aged for 12 months in French Oak Barrels. Pair with brisket and roasted sweet potatoes.
